Removable appliance therapy is a brilliant solution if all you need for your teeth to be straightened is minor movement.
Your removable brace exerts pressure on your teeth in just the right places to give you the perfect smile and you can take it out to eat so it’s easy to keep your teeth and your brace clean.
We offer bespoke designs at Smile Up to suit your needs and we also fit Invisalign clear aligners — with over four million completed cases worldwide, no other clear aligner system comes close in terms of the number of cases treated and research and development.
Invisalign removable appliances are made of smooth, comfortable and virtually invisible plastic, there are no metal brackets to attach and no wires to tighten, you just pop in a new set of aligners about every two weeks until your treatment is complete.

What to Expect
We’ll supply you with a removable appliance and let you know how to clean it. For it to work properly we’ll ask you to keep it in all the time, apart from when you’re eating or during other brief respites. We may supply you with a succession of appliances to move you teeth further each time, but generally speaking removable appliance therapy is best for minor movements.
