What to Expect
We want the process of joining Smile Up to be as transparent and relaxed as your first day on the job. We aren’t looking to tick boxes; we are looking for people who genuinely care about patients and fit into our friendly, multilingual team.
Initial Chat: Once you submit your CV via our custom form, one of our Treatment Coordinators or Ricky himself will reach out for an informal phone call.
The Practice Visit: We’ll invite you to our Lewisham surgery so you can see our technology—like the Digital Scanners and Dental Lasers—in action and meet the rest of the team.
A Fair Onboarding: We don’t believe in “throwing you in the deep end.” You’ll have a structured introduction to our systems and our patient-first philosophy.
Growth Opportunities: Whether you are interested in mastering Guided Biofilm Therapy or advancing your specialist coordination skills, we provide the environment for you to thrive.
