Delighted to be back, COVID-19 update

 

I hope you are safe and well.

You will doubtless have seen yesterday’s government announcement and I am delighted to be able to confirm that SmileUp Dental will be re-opening on Monday 8th June 2020.

We have immediately started to work on the diary to best accommodate appointments for those of you who had appointments cancelled during the period of the lockdown and will be contacting you during the course of next week to agree a suitable date and time.  In order that we can concentrate on this huge rescheduling task and complete it quickly, I would kindly ask that you wait for us to contact you during the course of next week.

Of course, if you wish to book a new consultation which is not part of an ongoing treatment you are already undertaking or if you have need of emergency dental advice and treatment, do not hesitate to contact us either by email [email protected] or telephone 0203 411 1550.  The office will be open between 9.30am and 3.30pm all next week.

I would also like to assure you that in planning to re-open the practice, your health and safety along with that of my team is my absolute first priority.  Whilst closed we have been working on new protocols and procedures taking account of COVID-19 and I will write separately in the coming days giving you more information on this.
