Dental Nurse

Joining the SmileUp team as a trainee in 2017, Yanaira success in her final examinations saw her attain her registration as a Dental Nurse in early 2019.

Amongst the team, Yanaira is known for her big and infectious smile – something that is at the heart of her love for her job.  Just ask her and she will tell you how important smiling is to your whole outlook on life.  It may sound corny but helping others along their journey to their ultimate smile really is her calling!

Keen to continue learning, Yanaira is currently studying for a Dental Radiography qualification which will enable her to work independently in the provision of dental radiographics.

Born in the Dominican Republic, Yanaira has been in London since 2013 having originally come to improve her English.  Falling in love with London, she quickly decided this was where she planned to stay!

In her spare time, she loves travelling and keeping fit.  Outdoors living and activities are in her blood and at the first opportunity she often heads for many of the beautiful green outdoor spaces we are so lucky to have around Greenwich.
