Technology – constantly innovating with the times
If there’s a piece of technology that will improve the patient experience and standard of treatment, we seek to invest in it. Examples here at the practice in Lewisham include our CBCT scanner, allowing us to take 3D digital images of your teeth. How does this benefit you? The scanner produces a 360o view of your head, allowing us to assess bone density and look at structural issues in much more detail – we can also diagnose issues with ease and speed. This non-invasive piece of technology streamlines restorative and cosmetic procedures which means less time spent at the dentist overall.

Behind our practice are a team of dentists, dental nurses, receptionists working to make your experience pleasant and comfortable. Visiting the dentist is more than just about walking into the practice, getting treatment and walking out again. From the moment you walk through our doors, you’ll be warmly welcomed by the reception team and treated by dentists who care about your emotional well-being as much as your dental well-being. Experienced medical professionals
Our team of dentists possess diverse experience in their field. Owner of Smile Up Dental Ricky Sardinha opened the practice in 2015 and is passionate about combining professional clinical care with a relaxed and straightforward approach. Ricky is constantly embarking on training courses to build on his expertise and has put together a team that shares in his desire to advance their knowledge and experience.
As well as speaking English (obviously!) our multi-lingual team can speak Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, Polish and Bulgarian. Please feel free to speak to us in your native language.
